Employee tells Manager about event

Company begins investigation

Affected employee fills out GSAP report, recommended within 24 hours.
Filing a GSAP report CANNOT interfere with a company investigation.

If the GSAP ERC accepts the GSAP report, no punitive action will be taken and
submitter will work with ERC on their skills enhancement plan

If the GSAP ERC rejects the GSAP report, the company will continue their investigation

How do i submit a report?

Go to HTTPS://newjetnet.aa.com/community/gsap

Login with Jetnet credentials* jetnet credentials are only used to verify that you are an active employee and redirects you to an outside vendor  (WBAT)

Click on the "+" next to your job role

Follow the instructions- add as much information as possible, adding even the smallest details

Submit report when completed and periodically check your WBAT messages for informationregarding your submitted report
