The focus of this training was to build a stronger, more unified board—one equipped with the tools and legal knowledge to enforce our contract, protect our rights, and stand up to any challenge. With decades of experience in labor law and union advocacy, Mr. Richard brought clarity, strategy, and energy to our mission.
