UHC ID Cards
There have been some problems with members getting their ID cards in a timely manner. We have members being recalled or adding an eligible family member to their benefits and are slow in receiving a new card. We have spoken with Employee Services and they are looking into the time that it should take to receive a new card.
If you have anyone that has enrolled in benefits, it is possible to print a temporary card on the United Health Care website, www.myuhc.com.
