---SPECTERA MAILING ID CARDS TO VISION PLAN PARTICIPANTS---
In response to participant feedback, the Spectera Vision Insurance Benefit plan will begin issuing benefit identification cards to vision plan participants. Employees who elected this optional benefit coverage will receive their new Vision ID cards via postal mail over the course of the next two weeks. This is the first time Spectera has issued cards for the vision plan. The cards are printed with a unique (non-social security) identification number and participants can present the card to network providers when requesting vision services. They may also use this unique subscriber ID to access their benefit plan details at Spectera's Web site, www.spectera.com.
